We all agree that communication is absolutely important in our daily lives but also plays a crucial role at workplace or in a school context. It is one of the most important factors which either improves or spoils the relatio nship in a work/study context. Communication has to be as transparent as precise for a warm relationship among teams and coworkers. Clarity in thoughts is important. We can't assume that the other person will come to know what is going on in our mind. We should be able to convert wisely our thoughts into relevant words such that the other person is able to understand us well. A fruitful relationship creates a positive environment at work /school and also helps everyone to achieve their goals at a much faster pace.
