The importance of communication ( ENSINUS ETP/INETE)

We all agree that communication is absolutely important in our daily lives but also plays a crucial role at workplace or in a school context. It is one of the most important factors which either improves or spoils the relationship in a work/study context. Communication has to be as transparent as precise for a warm relationship among teams and coworkers. Clarity in thoughts is important. We can't assume that the other person will come to know what is going on in our mind. We should be able to convert wisely our thoughts into relevant words such that the other person is able to understand us well.

A fruitful relationship creates a positive environment at work/school and also helps everyone to achieve their goals at a much faster pace. We get more focussed, can concentrate better in our assignments and therefore the outcomes arise. 

On the other hand, most conflicts don't take place as more people are eager to help each other and do not take work as a burden. We enjoy each and every moment at work and do not take leaves often.

Our Town Hall and our school work together in some activities to promote the importance of water in our daily lives and in our village. Following these ideas, our IES participates in a project to teach students and the whole community the importance of saving water, a sensible use, how it is obtained and the essential role it has in our lives. 8M International Women's Day (IES Adeje)

 8 M International Women's Day👏 Our IES celebrated this date in different ways:  1ºESO and 3° ESO B have created biographies about different women who are great athletes. Students have selected the girl they wanted to investigate about. Students during this week will present to the rest of the group their projects. In Language students discovered great writers and their stories, lives, messages... As ambassador high school of the European Parliament 4º ESO students highlighted the active role of women as rulers of Europe. In Baccalaureate students printed relevant pictures drawn by women. Our aim is to make their work visible, giving them the recognition they deserve.  More women here

THE ROAD TO EQUALITY This March 8, International Women's Day, we want to highlight the importance of care for the development and well-being of citizens. The pandemic has exposed the crisis of the current care model, and that it does not work without the work of thousands of women. Care is essential to sustain life, but it is often free, invisible, precarious and feminized. It continues to fall mostly on women and the equitable distribution of care responsibilities is a pending challenge and an opportunity to build a more egalitarian society. We cannot forget that all people are born interdependent and in need of care, and that is why we want to once again underline the need to make a change in the approach to care.
