CIP Tafalla - 8M International Women's Day

THE ROAD TO EQUALITY This March 8, International Women's Day, we want to highlight the importance of care for the development and well-being of citizens. The pandemic has exposed the crisis of the current care model, and that it does not work without the work of thousands of women. Care is essential to sustain life, but it is often free, invisible, precarious and feminized. It continues to fall mostly on women and the equitable distribution of care responsibilities is a pending challenge and an opportunity to build a more egalitarian society. We cannot forget that all people are born interdependent and in need of care, and that is why we want to once again underline the need to make a change in the approach to care. It is essential to overcome gender inequalities, roles and stereotypes and raise awareness among all citizens to give visibility and value to the tasks that sustain life, both physically, emotionally and mentally. But what are we talking about when we talk about "c...

For the godmothers and the guests we also made their hair cuts and tied their hair back according to the clothes they wore.

CIP TAFALLA - EMPLOYMENT NATIONAL SERVICE TALK

EMPLOYMENT NATIONAL SERVICE TALK Now that we are on the threshold of knowing what it is like to work in a company in a position related to what we have studied; it is good to know where to seek   help we may need once we start this new stage.   We were presented “Fundación Emplea”, which could help us, for example, when it comes to being able to find courses and also to help us when we don't have a job. We also talked about the topics that deal with the “Sepe” (Spanish Public Employment Service) which is an organism we may come across in the future. We learnt about where to find job offers, job searching networks or entrepreneurship.   In conclusion, with all this information, our objective is to be able to stay up to date on job related issues and to find work more easily. Since currently jobs are not like they used to be and we don't know how long they can last, it is important we are prepared for any situation. By Paula Astilleros - 09/02/2022
